Every great vacation starts with a phone consultation. We would love to get to know you and what you want in your next vacation.

– STEP 2 –

PROPOSAL

We will put together your personalized proposal, from there we fine tune and perfect your itinerary. 

– STEP 3 –

PREPARE FOR DEPARTURE

As you get excited for your vacation. We will continue to monitor flights, tours and accommodations and advise you of any important information about your vacation. We are also there to answer your question pre, during and post vacation.

How we work...

– STEP 1 –
Introduction Call

In our initial call, we'll do a deep dive into your ‘vacationality.' (That’s your personality while on vacation). We want to know what’s important to you when you travel, what are your vacation deal breakers? We’ll talk about your personal travel style, your wish list, and your timeline. Once you’re ready to work with us, we'll outline our service offerings, process our service fee, and dive into planning your journey.

– STEP 2 –
Research & Itinerary Presentation

It’s time to fuse your vision with our creative itinerary ideas. We’ll carefully craft 2-3 itinerary options, and send them to you for feedback. Need to make a few adjustments? No problem. We want your trip to be nothing short of perfect so we'll work until it is. 

– STEP 3 –
Book & Get Packing 

Now it’s time to secure your trip. We’ll book and finalize all of the necessary details. Our trip pre-check will ensure all of your documentation is in order and any travel requirements have been met.  We want you to be as prepared as possible to make every step seamless from the moment you leave home until the moment you return.

Planning Fee 

$100-$500 per person depending on complexity, number of destinations visiting, length of travel, etc. Planning fee will be quoted after our kick off call.
